How to contact me

You can contact me by phone, email or post. See the contact page for details.


The prices for books displayed for sale on this website are in pounds sterling (£). Postage and packing is included in the stated prices.

Ordering books

When you have selected your books, you can pay securely online, or post your order. I accept credit card payments through PayPal. If you prefer to post your order you may also pay by (sterling) cheque drawn on a UK bank.


I aim to despatch orders within 2 working days, but you should allow up to 14 working days (overseas customers please allow an additional 4 – 5 weeks’ shipping time for surface mail, or 1 week for airmail).

A note about Customs

Goods for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, when the package arrives in the country of delivery. Any import duties and taxes levied must be paid by you. I have no control over these charges or how much they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Cancelling your order

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. The item must be in its original unused condition. Books on CD cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Within the EU: If you wish to cancel your order within the seven-working-day period, please contact me in writing or by email within seven working days of delivery, stating that you do not wish to go ahead with the proposed purchase. Where you notify me of your wish to cancel your order in writing or by e-mail within seven working days, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full, including p & p where charged. If you paid with Paypal, a refund will be made through Paypal. Please package items carefully and return so that I receive them within 7 working days of the date you received them. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to me. I recommend that you obtain proof of postage and/or use recorded delivery.

Worldwide: Goods that are faulty or damaged on arrival may be returned for a replacement. Please contact me in the first instance.


I store and use the information you enter to handle and deliver orders, process payments, communicate with you about orders and maintain order records. This information will be held only by me and my agents and will not be divulged to any other third party. I do not have access to your credit card information, which is handled by PayPal.

Information on the web site

I may change the website and correct or update information (including product information) at any time without prior notice.

You access the website entirely at your own risk. I will do my utmost to ensure that the web site will be continuously available and that transmissions will be error-free, but I cannot guarantee this.
